Story: Kunagi was born into a traditional family and is the 3rd child of the samurai Ryu and the maiden Kaeko. She started to study bushido at age 5 and shortly after was set into an arranged marriage with Yu Kanda, but the arrangement failed due to the their constant fighting. Kunagi went on to study under Kaibutsu sensei to progress in her training. When she turned 7 she found out that her older brother Kunan, the family member she had the closest bond to, was starting to reach age; therefore they had to fight for the family sword: Chime-teki. They both fought viscously, but Kunagi won, killing her brother, which gave her the allies "Guren". Shortly after a depressed, grouchy Kunagi was drafted into the Black Order by General Froi Tiedall. She stayed for 8 years until one day when she was on a mission she was kidnapped by the pirate Captain Yukan Senshi. The male convinced her to stay and 2 years later asked for her hand in marriage. She accepted, but several days later Yukan was 'killed' was the Noah of Visions, Fleur, she became Captain in his place until she was captured and brought back to the Order. Several months later she was reunited with Yukan.
